Highlights include the Raffles Sentosa Sling Snow Skin Mooncake, a delicate tribute to the resort’s signature cocktail; and the refined Long Jing Tea with Lemon Peel Baked Mooncake, infused with citrus harvested from the resort’s own gardens – honouring tradition while introducing subtle notes of surprise. 

Encased in a beautifully illustrated keepsake box, this debut collection captures the spirit of Mid-Autumn with elegance and island charm. Available only for the season, the mooncake is best enjoyed within a week and should be stored frozen to preserve its delicate flavours.
