Join us for an unforgettable night of Italian elegance as Empire Grill welcomes Paolo e Noemia D’Amico, the acclaimed organic winery from the volcanic hills between Umbria and Lazio, Italy.

 

For one night only, indulge in a five-course wine pairing dinner (S$138++ per person) crafted by Chef Bjoern Alexander.  Every dish is crafted to celebrate the distinctive character of D’Amico’s award-winning wines, from the crisp minerality of the Terre di Ala to the structured depth of the Atlante.

 

Notable highlights from the menu include:

  • Tuna Tartare Tartelette with Kaluga Queen Caviar, paired with Terre di Ala Umbria IGP 2024
  • Handmade Spaghetti with Lobster, Spinach, and Lemon, paired with Falesia Lazio IGP 2023
