Poolside dining in Siem Reap doesn’t get more special than this. Surrounded by fragrant frangipani trees, the swimming pool is one of the largest in Cambodia and, many would say, the most beautiful. Modelled after the Royal Baths at Angkor, Srah Srang, the terrace is a perfectly idyllic spot for light daytime meals and refreshing fruity cocktails. As well as poolside favourites, the menu features a selection of light and healthy dishes.
