Reflecting a shared dedication to refined craftsmanship, The Butler Did It Collection has been created for Raffles by our heritage luxury partners Globe-Trotter, Frette and Christofle, with product development shaped by renowned stylist Jessica Diehl.

This capsule collection, launched in-store at Printemps New York and Paris, will be available until 10 March 2026, with select pieces offered on Printemps.com.

‘The Butler Did It’ name is drawn from our world-famous shorthand for Raffles’ legendary butler service, celebrating the role of the butlers in creating inspiring, unexpected and deeply personal guest experiences.

Printemps: where Parisian luxury meets New York pizzazz

With a 160-year legacy of retail innovation from its French birthplace, Printemps opened in Manhattan’s Financial District in 2025, blending Parisian heritage with contemporary creativity to reimagine the modern luxury retail experience. The two-storey space, designed by Laura Gonzalez, offers a curated mix of brands across fashion, beauty, home and lifestyle, and a culinary programme led by award-winning chef Gregory Gourdet.
