Raffles patisserie reimagined at the water's edge

Blessed with the resort’s finest panorama, Anbara reimagines a signature Raffles patisserie with Arabic flavours and ingredients – dates, cardamom, saffron, rose – layered with French finesse. Here, around a central marble counter arrayed with jewel-like pastries, the mood is easy and sophisticated. Morning begins with the scent of warm breads, freshly-baked viennoiseries, barista-poured coffee and fresh juices. Later on, Raffles' legendary afternoon tea service ushers in a graceful dance of bone china cups and polished three-tier stands. Smoothies give way to sparkling evening mocktails, as Kim Song Wan’s abstract seascapes ripple across the walls of an elegant after-dinner salon.
