Terms & Conditions

    1. Organiser

    This competition is organised and administered by Raffles London at The OWO, 57 Whitehall, London SW1A 2EU.

    2. Eligibility

    2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

    2.2 Employees of Raffles London at The OWO, its affiliated companies, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

    2.3 Raffles London at The OWO reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.

    3. Entry Requirements

    3.1 To enter the competition, participants must:

    Follow the official Raffles London at The OWO and Mauro Colagreco    London Instagram accounts (@raffleslondon.theowo and  @maurocolagrecolondon);

    Like and save the designated competition post;

    Tag one (1) individual in the comments of the designated competition post; and

    Complete and submit the official entry form via the link provided.

    3.2 All entry steps must be completed in full for an entry to be valid.

    3.3 Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

    3.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Terms     & Conditions will be deemed invalid.

    4. Competition Period

    4.1 The competition will open on Monday 1^st June, 2026 and close on Friday 15^th June, 2026 at 12pm (the “Closing Date”).

    4.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.

    5. Prize

    5.1 One (1) winner will receive a dinner for two (2) guests including wine pairings at Mauro Colagreco London, located at Raffles London at The OWO.

    5.2 The prize includes the experience of The Espionage Menu, a bespoke wine pairing tasting menu inspired by the heritage of the Old War Office and its historical connection to the Secret Intelligence Service.

    5.3 This culinary experience has recently been showcased with contestants from MasterChef, who were invited into the kitchen to interpret the menu.

    6. Prize Conditions

    6.1 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

    6.2 The experience must be redeemed by Thursday 8^th August and is subject to availability at the time of booking.

    6.3 Blackout dates may apply, including but not limited to public holidays and key calendar events.

    6.4 The prize does not include travel, accommodation, additional beverages (unless otherwise stated), or any additional expenses incurred.

    6.5 The winner and their guest must comply with all venue policies and dress codes.

    7. Winner Selection and Notification

    7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

    7.2 The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email within 2 working days of the Closing Date.

    7.3 If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, Raffles London at The OWO reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    8. Data Protection

    8.1 By entering this competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition.

    8.2 Where consent has been provided, personal data may also be used for marketing communications.

    8.3 All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Raffles London at The OWO’s privacy policy.

    9. Liability

    9.1 Raffles London at The OWO accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.

    9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Raffles London at The OWO shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

    10. General

    10.1 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

    10.2 Raffles London at The OWO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.

    10.3 By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    10.4 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
