Raffles Lounge & Terrace is renowned for its seafood cuisine, with oysters, caviar, lobster and Sicilian prawns a speciality of Chef de Cuisine Yorick Soh, virtuoso of French cuisine with a Michelin pedigree; Lok Hin Yam, Michelin-starred pastry master; and rising star Jacky Lung.
