Raffles Lounge & Terrace is renowned for its seafood cuisine, with oysters, caviar, lobster and Sicilian prawns a speciality of Chef de Cuisine Yorick Soh, virtuoso of French cuisine with a Michelin pedigree; Lok Hin Yam, Michelin-starred pastry master; and rising star Jacky Lung. Enjoy a European heritage afternoon tea featuring a dessert trolley with a cornucopia of exotic flavours, as you gaze over the Crystal Lobby and resort beyond. By night, dine to the soothing sounds of our handcrafted Steinway baby grand piano – or step out onto the terrace for drinks under a canopy of stars.
