Day One

After breakfast on the terrace at Le Jardin, at Raffles The Palm Dubai, let us take you to the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Centre for Cultural Understanding, in the charming Al Fahidi historical neighbourhood. This intimate heritage experience invites guests to enjoy private Emirati breakfasts, guided mosque visits and thoughtfully curated walking tours through Old Dubai. Perfect for culturally curious travellers, it offers meaningful local insights in a welcoming setting.

In contrast, and if this is your first visit to Dubai, we invite you to ascend Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower, to gain a real sense of how this astonishing city of old and new fits together in its desert landscape. For a truly exceptional experience, have lunch at Atmosphere on Level 122, with panoramic views.

Afternoon

Afternoon tea then escape to the spa

Enjoy afternoon tea in Blüthner Hall, serenaded by our pianist, where each sweet treat is a tribute to the history and gastronomy of Europe’s finest afternoon tea tradition and you will be invited to sample cakes inspired by Buckingham Palace, Versailles and beyond.

Now that you are fully relaxed after your spa experience, it’s our guess you won’t feel like going out again. You can dress up, though, for dinner at Matagi, our authentic and refined in-house Japanese restaurant. Take a culinary journey to Japan with izakaya-inspired cuisine, where some of the world's finest sushi masters infuse contemporary flair into every dish.

DAY TWO

Morning

Heritage souks of Old Dubai and a contemporary art tour at Alserkal Avenue

Long before Dubai became the glamorous, 21st-century metropolis it is today, it was a small pearl-diving and trading port and much of its heritage has been preserved along Dubai Creek in Deira and Bur Dubai. Wander the atmospheric lanes of the Textile Souk, Spice Souk and Gold Souk on a private guided tour and learn more about the city’s rich trading history and artisan traditions. Then come right up to date by immersing yourself in the city’s vibrant arts scene with private gallery viewings at Ayyam Gallery, Leila Heller Gallery and The Third Line in Al Quoz, the hip old industrial zone in the western part of the city.

Afternoon & Evening

Private desert safari at Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve

Take a safari through the pristine dunes that surround Dubai in a 1900 vintage open Land Rover, with a professional conservationist as your guide. At sunset you will be entertained by a dazzling falconry display, followed by an Emirati dinner in a traditional majlis, after which a private transfer will bring you back to the hotel (and perhaps a nightcap before bed).

Museum of the Future 

Dubai’s Museum of the Future is a visionary landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road inviting visitors to explore tomorrow today. With priority access, you can explore immersive exhibitions that celebrate innovation or enjoy a private viewing of the museum’s striking architecture, with its calligraphy-clad exterior – a must-see experience for design and technology enthusiasts.

Floral Fantasy at Dubai Miracle Garden or waterpark adventures

Stroll through a spectacular open-air display of over 150 million blooms, artfully arranged in enchanting installations and romantic pathways. This uplifting and picturesque escape offers a serene, Instagram-worthy retreat from the city’s bustle. If that sounds too sedate, we can arrange entrance and a private cabana at one of the world’s finest waterparks. Choose from the Wild Wadi Waterpark overlooking Burj Al Arab or the Aquaventure Waterpark at Atlantis The Palm, the world’s largest waterpark. 

Evening

Emirati culinary journey at Al Marmoom Oasis

Al Marmoom offers a memorable opportunity to try a hands-on cooking experience in a tranquil desert oasis. You will be preparing authentic Emirati dishes before dining under the stars in a Bedouin-style setting, enriched by storytelling and cultural performances in an evening that delights both the palate and the spirit.
