When two Italian institutions unite their talents
On Friday 12 December 2025, the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant Il Carpaccio opens its doors for an exceptional dinner, crafted by Chefs Oliver Piras & Alessandra Del Favero alongside the renowned three-star Michelin Chefs & brothers Chicco Cerea and Chef Bobo Cerea from Da Vittorio.
This prestigious evening is more than a gastronomic event — it is a celebration of the close and lasting partnership between Il Carpaccio and Da Vittorio, united by a shared passion for warm, refined Italian haute cuisine.
For several years, the teams at Da Vittorio and Il Carpaccio have worked hand in hand to promote a contemporary and heartfelt vision of Italian cuisine. The 12 December dinner will highlight this culinary synergy, bringing together in Paris:
- Chicco & Bobo Cerea, iconic Chefs of Da Vittorio, holder of three Michelin stars
- Oliver Piras & Alessandra Del Favero, the acclaimed duo behind Il Carpaccio, known for their elegant and inventive style
An evening of exquisite gastronomy at Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris
The evening begins at 7 p.m. with a welcome aperitif in the Galerie District, where champagne and refined canapés will set the tone.
At 8 p.m., guests will be seated in Il Carpaccio for a dinner pairing exquisite dishes with fine wines, expertly curated by our Director of Sommellerie Gabriele Del Carlo.

Amberjack tataki with green herb sauce
Beef carpaccio, Caesar dressing, amaranth and white truffle
Potato gnocchetti with veal fricassée, Parmesan and white truffle
Kimchi risotto with rock shrimp and Amalfi lemon
