At Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, gastronomy is more than a dining experience , it is an art form shaped by passion, precision, and imagination.
This year, Matsuhisa Paris celebrates a remarkable milestone: ten exceptional years of culinary excellence, innovation, and unforgettable moments shared with guests from around the world.
For a decade, the restaurant has embodied the spirit of contemporary Japanese-Peruvian cuisine in Paris, blending refined technique with vibrant creativity and sharing. To mark this anniversary, guests are invited to discover a limited-time celebratory suggestions, designed as a tribute to ten years of flavours and emotions.
On Thursday 12 March 2026, from 7 p.m., a festive dinner will feature these exclusive creations, accompanied by a stunning anniversary cake by Chef Yazid Ichemrahen, all set to a DJ set for a convivial and elegant atmosphere.
A Limited-Time Anniversary Experience
From 12 March to 12 April 2026, Executive Chef Emmanuele Bombardier unveils an exclusive anniversary selection that honours the restaurant and Nobu's legacy while embracing new culinary expressions.
The anniversary suggestions feature:
Two signature cocktails, capturing the festive spirit of the occasion, based on Nobu Sake and Tequila
Original creations and signature dishes that have defined Matsuhisa Paris over the past decade
A sweet note with a dessert by Pastry Chef Yazid Ichemrahen and his Executive Chef Alexandre Favre.
