Function Rooms
An inviting, light-filled space measuring 149 m² can be set up in different ways to form smaller reception rooms.
Altogether, the function room can accommodate a total of 120 guests.
You can book the entire facility, or we will divide the space into three smaller function rooms. This flexibility makes our venue ideal for a wide range of events, from business conferences, meetings, or lunches, to drinks receptions, celebrations, and prestigious evening functions.
Katara Cinema
Our in-house movie theatre makes Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris an outstanding venue for meetings and events with a creative focus.
This private cinema room is ideal for all sorts of gatherings, from company presentations, board meetings or team activity days, to product launches, premieres, and press conferences.
With 99 luxurious leather seats and state-of-the-art technology including 3D, Katara Cinema is considered one of the most modern screening rooms in Europe.
Presidential Suites
Designed like an authentic Parisian apartment with high ceilings and tall windows, these presidential suites (280 to 350 m²) offer cosmopolitan elegance for when you want to make a real impact.
A beautiful setting for family and private occasions like birthdays and weddings, a Presidential Suite also enhances distinguished professional events such as private dinners, business meetings or drinks receptions. It also makes the perfect venue for press junkets or promotional events, especially with our 99-seat private Katara Cinema just downstairs.
Art Gallery
Bring an original, creative vibe to your drinks reception or private party by holding it in our extraordinary contemporary art gallery.
With its floor area of 75 m² for showcasing contemporary art, Art District can accommodate up to 40 people for laid back drinks with the arty feel of a private viewing.
The gallery is directly visible from upscale Avenue Hoche, making it an exceptional arena for pop-up showrooms to gain maximum prominence.
