This winter, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris and Printemps are inviting you to experience a one-of-a-kind winter tale: 'A Christmas in New York' reimagined in Paris
These two iconic venues, symbols of the French Art de vivre, promise to transport you to the vibrant heart of Manhattan without leaving Paris.
It is an invitation to dream, moving between the elegance of the Haussmannian boulevards and the frenzy of Fifth Avenue.
In celebration of the opening of its new store in New York, this year Printemps is presenting 'A Christmas in New York': a magical world designed as a tribute to Manhattan, where yellow taxis, skyscrapers and sparkling snow become the symbols of a waking dream.
From 18 November 2025, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris will echo this theme with a festive journey imagined by Printemps. Beneath the gilding, Christmas trees will evoke snow-covered Central Park, lights will shine like those of Times Square and soft jazz will fill the air, creating a gentle effervescence. Every detail revisits a fragment of the city that never sleeps, with the refinement and fantasy that are unique to the Palace.
The Printemps window displays bring this transatlantic urban fairy tale to life, creating a spectacular setting designed to delight visitors of all ages. A poetic dialogue develops between these two institutions, united by their shared passion for staging and evoking emotion.

Yule Log - Childhood memories
Designed to evoke a walk in the forest and the sweet treats of childhood, this Yule log is a tall, sculptural fir tree.
A nod to the chocolate biscuits that were a staple of school snacks, this contemporary reimagining of a classic brings back nostalgia for the flavours of yesteryear.
Intense, milky chocolate takes the form of a creamy mousse, blending with a milk centre and sitting delicately atop a gluten-free brownie.
Every detail is a work of art in itself: the sparkling star that adorns the trunk and the entirely hand-crafted forest decorations reflect the subtle alliance between heritage and modernity.

As part of the end-of-year celebrations, Le Bar Long has been transformed into a New York stopover, unveiling an exclusive menu designed as an ode to cosmopolitan living.
The Printemps x Le Royal Monceau pop-up menu at Raffles Paris celebrates the iconic flavours of the Big Apple with elegance and audacity.
The SO-HO't Dog, the WALL STREET Bagel and the TIMES SQUARE Maple, not to mention classic American desserts such as the New York Roll puff pastry and melt-in-the-mouth Cheesecake, which have been enhanced by the expertise of Pastry Chefs Yazid Ichemrahen and Alexandre Favre.
To accompany this gourmet experience, two signature cocktails with smoky and spicy notes will transport guests to the excitement of New York rooftops: The Naked & Famous and The Penicillin.
The menu is available from 18 November 2025 and costs €150 for two people.
Christmas Brunch at La Cuisine
Renowned for its sumptuous brunches, La Cuisine will be offering an exceptional Christmas brunch on Thursday 25 December 2025.
Guests can choose from an exquisite buffet featuring traditional festive dishes and a selection of pastries, including our pastry Chefs' delicious yule log, French breads, organic teas, freshly squeezed fruit juices and gluten-free options.
Available from noon to 4pm on Thursday 25 December.
Prices : €240 per adult, €120 per child aged 7–13 inclusive and free for children aged 0–6 inclusive.
New Year’s Eve Dinner
The most Parisian Palace offers a festive and gourmet programme to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Located just 4 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe, guests attending this magical evening will have the privilege of watching the fireworks directly from the Avenue Hoche.
