PET POLICY &

FEE AGREEMENT

At Raffles Sentosa Singapore, we are pleased to extend a refined and welcoming experience to our guests travelling with pets. To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, the following Pet Policy and Fee Agreement applies.
 

  1. Acceptable Pets
    Raffles Sentosa Singapore welcomes small to medium-sized domestic pets, with a maximum weight of approximately 25 kg per pet.
    ▪ A maximum of one (1) pet per villa is permitted. An exception of two (2) pets is allowed if they both are approximately 25 kg, combined.
    ▪ Raffles Sentosa Singapore reserves the right to refuse or remove any pet that displays excessive noise, signs of illness, or poses a safety or hygiene concern, including but not limited to biting, persistent barking, or inappropriate & aggressive behaviour in public areas.


  2. Pet Fee
    A pet fee of SGD 400 net per pet, per stay applies. This fee is non-refundable and not complimentary. Should a guest’s visitor enter the villa accompanied by a pet, such pet shall be subject to the Raffles Sentosa Singapore prevailing pet policy and applicable pet fee. The pet fee of SGD 400 net per pet, per stay shall apply regardless of the duration of the visit. Prior notification and approval by the Hotel are required. The fee covers enhanced cleaning procedures and pet amenities and does not include charges for damages or extraordinary cleaning.


  3. Damage Assessment
    Guests are fully responsible for:
    ▪ Any damage caused by their pet to guest villas, furnishings, landscaping, or common areas.
    ▪ Any extraordinary cleaning required due to pet-related incidents.
    A valid credit card is required at check-in. By signing this agreement, the guest authorises the Raffles Sentosa Singapore to charge applicable repair or cleaning costs during or after the stay.


  4. Permitted Areas
    Pets are permitted in designated outdoor and villa areas only.
    Pets are strictly prohibited in:
    ▪ All food and beverage outlets (indoors), Meeting rooms and event spaces, Spa, wellness & fitness facilities, swimming pools and water features

    In compliance with National Environment Agency (NEA) regulations, pets are not allowed in or near any food preparation or dining areas.


  5. Leashes & Supervision
    Pets must be leashed, carried, or secured at all times when outside the villa. Pets may not be left unattended in public areas. Guests must maintain full control of their pet at all times.


  6. Housekeeping Access
    For the safety and comfort of both the pet and associates, Housekeeping will service the villa only when the pet is not present, or when the guest is present and the pet is leashed or secured.


  7. Insurance & Liability
    Guests must maintain personal liability insurance in reasonable amounts sufficient to cover injury, loss, or damage caused by their pet. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for illness, injury, or loss of pets during the stay.


  8. Release & Indemnification
    By signing this agreement, the guest agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raffles Sentosa Singapore, its owners, operators, and associates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the presence of the pet, including third-party claims.
