VILLA USE & CONDUCT POLICY

 

 

  1. Use of Villa and Visitors

    Villas are provided strictly for private residential accommodation purposes only.

    Maximum occupancy applies at all times: One-Bedroom Pool Villa: Maximum of three (3) adults; Two-Bedroom Pool Villa: Maximum of four (4) adults. All visitors must be registered at the Front Desk prior to entry.

    Visitors are required to depart the villa by 10 p.m. unless otherwise expressly authorised in writing by Resort Management.


  2. No-Party / No-Gathering Policy

    The Resort enforces a strict no-party and no-gathering policy. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, events, or social functions of any nature are strictly prohibited within villas. The Resort reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

    - Refuse entry to unregistered or additional occupants
    - Impose surcharges or penalty fees
    - Require immediate cessation of activities
    - Terminate the stay and evict occupants found in breach of this policy

    Such actions may be taken without refund or compensation.


  3. Commercial, Media & Public Use

    Any form of commercial, media, or public activity; including but not limited to photography, videography, filming, interviews, meetings, or promotional productions – requires prior written approval from Resort Management.

    Unauthorised commercial use of villas or Resort premises is strictly prohibited and may result in: Immediate termination of the reservation, additional charges and recovery of damages, removal from the premises without refund.


  4. Food, Beverage & Catering

    Outside catering, including food and beverages, is not permitted on Resort premises unless expressly approved in writing by Resort Management. The Resort reserves the right to: refuse entry of outside food and beverages; impose applicable surcharges and/or corkage fees, where permitted.


  5. Smoking & Prohibited Items

    All villas and indoor areas of the Resort are strictly no-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

    Durian and other strong-odour fruits are strictly prohibited inside all villas. The Resort reserves the right to impose cleaning, deodorisation, or disposal charges when prohibited items are brought into the villa.


  6. Drone Policy (Sentosa)

    Drone operations on Sentosa Island are strictly not allowed as per the local regulatory and Sentosa Development Corporation requirements.


  7. Damage Assessment & Charges

    Guests shall be financially responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their actions or those of their visitors. A valid credit card, debit card, or cash deposit is required at check-in as security. By signing this agreement, you expressly authorise the Resort to charge the card on file for any applicable damages, losses, or additional cleaning costs incurred during or after your stay.


  8. Release and Indemnification

    By occupying a villa, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Resort, its owners, operators, affiliates, and associates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from your stay, including claims made by third parties.
