In celebration of our first anniversary, Raffles Sentosa Singapore invites you to experience an evening of flavour, craft and discovery.
Your journey begins at the Chairman’s Room with a signature Raffles Sentosa Sling, before unfolding across the resort in a three-hour progressive dining experience.
Start at Le Jardin with vibrant, nourishing appetisers. Continue at Royal China, where refined Cantonese artistry takes centre stage — from delicate dim sum to lobster and kombu-laced rice. Conclude at Empire Grill with Italian-inspired signatures, from Japanese crab spaghettini to Stone Axe Full Blood Wagyu, finished with delicate cannolis.
