Father’s Day Wine-Pairing Set Menu at Empire Grill

Lavish Dad with an unforgettable culinary experience at Empire Grill, where the rustic soul of Tuscany is reimagined with the refined elegance of Raffles Sentosa Singapore. Set within our sun-drenched dining room overlooking lush tropical greenery, it is the perfect stage for a day dedicated to him.

We invite you to savour an exclusive five-course set menu (S$286++ per person), which includes foie gras, Hokkaido abalone, and cacio e pepe. For the main course, choose between Wagyu prime rib with broccolini, red wine jus and truffle, and Atlantic black cod with broccolini, pepper jus and truffle. End on a sweet note with a coffee opera with gold dust.

A wine-pairing option is also available, and the selection includes Planeta Chardonnay Sicilia DOC, Italy 2023 and Domaine Muzard Santenay ‘Vieilles Vignes’.
