Membership Validity

Your membership is valid for the selected term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) from the date of purchase and is issued to one named individual, unless a couple membership has been selected.

Reservations

All treatments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and experience. The named member must be present at the time of the treatment to enjoy membership privileges.

Exclusions

Membership privileges and discounts may not be combined with any other promotions, packages, or special offers.

Guests

Membership benefits are reserved exclusively for the named member and do not extend to accompanying guests unless the member is present and enjoying the spa facilities or receiving a treatment.

Cancellations

Our standard spa cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or non-attendance will be charged at the full treatment rate.

Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-extendable. Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice.
