In homage to the origins of Raffles, Siparaja channels Singapore's rich history and cosmopolitan spirit in a vibrant, theatrical setting. Contemporary Indo-Malay flavours intertwine with subtle Chinese influences, and street-hawker classics emerge in playfully refined interpretations, each course a performance. Drinks follow suit, with spice-laden infusions, elaborate mocktails and considered non-alcoholic wine. From lunch through to dinner, the space greets you with rich colour and Peranakan-inspired detailing set against dark wood and traditional artefacts – a design equally modern and firmly rooted in 19th-century Indo-Malay heritage. Choose between intimate indoor tables, conviviality on the terrace or a seat at the counter for a glimpse of the kitchen’s choreography.
