Europejski Grill

Designed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán, the signature restaurant of the hotel with its own terrace offers a spectacular view of the Pilsudski Square, the scene of so many memorable moments in Warsaw’s rich history. Poland’s heritage is referenced inside the restaurant, which is decorated in the bold blues and whites that typically appear on Polish pottery, accented by touches of international-inspired design. The ambience is fresh yet warm, a space in which guests feel part of something special and unique.
This blend of the local and international is reflected in the Grill’s menu. At breakfast, the freshest fruit, bakery, and charcuterie are complemented by hot à la carte dishes. For dinner, our acclaimed chefs use the best local ingredients to create contemporary interpretations of Polish and international classics.

A word from our chef

Executive Chef Beñat Alonso is at the helm, bringing with him a wealth of experience, both from his home, Basque country, where Arzak and Bersategui were major influencers.

At Raffles Europejski Warsaw, inspired by the country’s culinary heritage, Alonso has reimagined Polish cuisine with an indulgent modern twist and elevated the importance of simple local foods in synergy with local producers.
