TERMS & CONDITIONS AT RAFFLES BALI

This offer is subject to availability at the time of booking. All benefits apply to two guests when staying in a One-Bedroom Villa and four guests when staying in a Two-Bedroom Villa, with a minimum stay of two consecutive nights required at Raffles Bali. Reservations are refundable up to seven (7) days prior to arrival. After this period, the full stay amount becomes non-refundable. Blackout dates may apply. Benefits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and expire upon check-out. All benefits are valid once per stay, except for Daily Breakfast at Rumari. Spa treatments will be provided at Raffles Spa. Complimentary return transfers are available to and from the airport or within a 20 km radius of Raffles Bali, using BMW X7, BMW iX, or Alphard vehicles. Villa upgrades are subject to availability at check-in, apply to the next villa category only, and are valid One-Bedroom Villa bookings. This offer may not be combined with other promotional rates, offers, or discounts, and is not valid for existing reservations or group bookings. Should a guest book a longer stay and subsequently shorten it, any benefits associated with the original longer-stay package that have already been utilised will be charged separately. The resort credit amount is net per villa per stay and will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah based on the daily exchange rate determined by the resort.
