The restaurant introduces its exclusive click & collect service, bringing the celebrated Japanese-Peruvian cuisine of Nobu Matsuhisa directly to your home.

This new offering allows guests to extend the Matsuhisa experience beyond the restaurant’s walls, without compromising on quality, precision, or creativity.

Matsuhisa Paris brings its iconic Japanese-Peruvian cuisine to click & collect, without compromising on quality. Signature dishes include crispy rice with tuna, sashimi "new style", tacos, lobster, wagyu, and charcoal gril.

Two curated menus, lunch and dinner, ensure freshness and the right selection for every moment of the day.

Under Emanuele Bombardier, each dish is designed to travel perfectly while preserving flavor, texture, and presentation. With over 15 years alongside Nobu Matsuhisa, he guarantees the same high standards as in the restaurant.

Orders are placed via the online boutique of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris and collected directly at the hotel.
