RAF’S with RAFFLES
An intimate three-day dining fete, June 23 – 25
We are delighted to introduce Raf’s, New York’s fashion-forward bistro, as it arrives at our Parisian Palace for Paris Men’s Fashion Week. This residency at Le Bar Long features a bespoke Raf’s lunch and dinner menu created for the occasion, alongside signature cocktails and a curated wine list. The experience is open for dinner on June 23, with lunch and dinner service available on June 24, and 25.

Raf’s is a celebrated French-Italian bakery and restaurant in New York’s NoHo neighbourhood, founded by sisters Jennifer and Nicole Vitagliano alongside Chef Mary Attea. The celebrated restaurant has earned acclaim from the MICHELIN Guide and a devoted following for its effortlessly chic charm and impeccable fare.
This summer, Raf's is packing its signature downtown spirit for a limited-time residency series at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Raffles Boston, and Raffles London at The OWO through a limited-time pop-up series.
Timed to coincide with key cultural moments in each destination, every residency will feature a bespoke Raf’s menu and dining experience, pairing the restaurant’s warm trattoria sensibility with the elegance and legendary service synonymous with Raffles.

About Raf's
Raf’s is an Italian/French-inspired bakery and restaurant located at 290 Elizabeth Street in Manhattan’s NoHo neighbourhood. Opened in 2023 by Elizabeth Street Hospitality founders Jennifer and Nicole Vitagliano and led by Executive Chef Mary Attea, Raf’s serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with an all-day café and bakery known for house-made breads, croissants, and pastries. At night, the restaurant centres around its historic 1935 brick oven, with a menu of shareable dishes rooted in Italian and French traditions, live-fire cooking, and seasonal ingredients. Since opening, Raf’s has become a regular gathering place for New York’s fashion and creative communities.
