Rumari welcomes Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo of Michelin-starred Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu, Bangkok, for an intimate two-night culinary collaboration. Alongside Chef Gaetan Biesuz, the two chefs unite Indonesian soul, French gastronomy, and Japanese sensibility into a single contemporary tasting menu — a meeting of two culinary worlds above the Jimbaran Bay.
