IN FLIGHT AT The Blind Duck: GUEST BARTENDER SERIES
THE BLIND DUCK welcomes TAKUMA WATANABE
October 28 and October 29, from 6:00 to 10:00pm
Takuma Watanabe, 2026 Spirited Awards U.S. Bartender of the Year and beverage director of New York City’s acclaimed Martiny’s, lands at The Blind Duck for a special two-night takeover on Wednesday, October 28 and Thursday, October 29.
From 6 to 10 p.m., sip your way through a menu of four signature cocktails from Martiny’s—one of North America’s 50 Best Bars—alongside special food pairings from The Blind Duck created to complement Takuma’s pours. Everything is available à la carte, so mix, match and order as you please. The night continues with a DJ from 8 p.m. Wednesday and live jazz from 8 p.m. Thursday.
The takeover marks the debut of IN FLIGHT at The Blind Duck: Guest Bartender Series, a new monthly concept bringing notable bartenders and a taste of their cocktail programs to Raffles Boston.
