Great service
This was for our wedding. Overall, the team managed to accomodate all of our requests. There were some small shortcomings such as: (1) Delay in providing payment channels (2) 1 King sized room provided instead of 2 Queens (3) Cockroach found in 1 guest's meal However, I appreciate that the hotel did their part in addressing the concerns we had over the course of the event.

Great residence in the center of Makati with great staff and F&B. Very friendly staff greeting me by my name. Special mention to Tyra for her dedication and professionalism in finding me a quiet room.
Excellent Customer Care from Reservation to Check in and During Stay
I was very well handled making my corporate reservation essentially at last minute. When I checked in the staff thanked me for my loyalty and gave me insights to my room. Then during the stay the Butler service was excellent as was the staff at the Writer's Bar.

PERFECT VACATION
Raffles is a perfect example of how a hotel should be, from the moment we arrived we were treated with the utmost respect. The staff went beyond and above my expectations. We were so spoiled. Our butlers, concierge, front desk, and housekeeper, were all AMAZING!!! The food was great as well and the spa experience was superb! Thank you to everyone who has taken good care of us for a week! We will be back again!

Most wonderful stay
We truly enjoyed our stay at Raffles. The hotel staff provided us excellent service from our arrival, during our stay and until we left. They were all so warm, respectful, well-trained, gave us genuine smile and so nice to talk to. We felt so well taken care of from showing us our gorgeous room, to our lovely afternoon tea time and until dinner. Best suite, best stay, best overall experience! Will definitely come back.
Perfect stay
Well located as it is within good walking distance to everything one might need. Suite was very clean. Other facilities such as the gym and the mineral pool are very much appreciated. Staff were all very friendly and very willing to assist. Lastly, breakfast at Mireio was superb :-)
