Le Royal Monceau, Raffles Paris
A contemporary and vibrant design masterpiece located in the heart of the City of Lights.
This is a wonderful hotel. Well situated and enjoyable experience.
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful as always and the staff was excellent. This was our first trip to Paris since the covid shut down and it could not have been better. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet represented the best of France. The concierge service was extremely helpful in making reservations to our favorite restaurants and helping us with museum tours and shopping. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. At the end of the day the RM experience was just wonderful.
Only the mattress for the bed needs to be better quality then the one we tried
AMAZING
Excellent service, nice breakfast
Friendly staff, perfect house keeping
The aesthetic of the hotel is everything
Good time
Very poor service, very rude staff
I’m really disappointed with the service provided at the hotel: I was expecting a five star service for the money I paid and for a name like “raffles” I was expecting higher standard services. The staff and the service was very poor.
Great stay
Everything was perfect!!
Great stay
Beautiful room and service
Great Welcome, Staff Ignored DND
Overall the welcome to the hotel was fantastic, I had a welcome gift in room of champagne and snacks along with a hand written note. The one problem I did have was that the staff kept ignoring my "Do not disturb" light on the door and constantly came in to throw out things. They threw out the complimentary bottle of champagne that I had only one glass of, and was going to put back into the fridge after a spa appointment, and rearranged a lot of my personal items without permission, leaving me to forget some of those things while packing to leave since they were no longer in places I placed them. The hotel itself is nice, but throwing out my things and moving them around left a really sour note on my experience. Had I known people were going to be in my room so frequently I would have managed my belongings differently.
