    Shuttle Plane operated by Air Seychelles or a private plane operated by Zil Air: a 15-minute ride from Mahé to Praslin Airport, followed by a 30-minute drive to the resort.
  • Helicopter
    Private Helicopter operated by Zil Air: a 15-minute flight from Mahé to Raffles Seychelles' Helipad
  • Sea Ferry
    Sea Ferry operated by Cat Cocos: a 60-minute ride from Mahé Jetty to Praslin, Jetty followed by a 20-minute drive to the resort.
  • Private Boat
    Private boat transfers can be arranged from Mahé Jetty to Praslin jetty, followed by a 20-minute drive to the resort or from Mahé Jetty to Anse Takamaka Beach at Raffles Seychelles (depending on boat)

Described as a crescent-shaped moon of paradise, Anse Lazio is ranked as one of the top 10 beaches in the world. The softest sand, fine-grained and clean white descend into warm turquoise water from the Indian Ocean. The beach is framed by lush vegetation, tall palms and indigenous Takamaka trees while dramatic granite formations provide a genuine sense of seclusion. Easily accessible via a 10 minute taxi boat ride from Raffles Seychelles, the island of Curieuse is celebrated as the home of almost 500 Aldabra giant tortoises. Amongst the largest in the world, similar in size to the famous Galápagos giant tortoise, its carapace (shell) averages 105 cm (41 in) in length with an average weight of 120 kg (260 lb).

Experience unhurried island life on the island of La Digue, a short 15 minute boat ride away from Raffles Seychelles. With a population of only 2000, the island itself is just 10 square kilometres, making it relatively easy to navigate by bicycle. Known for its stunning white sand beaches, including Anse Source d’Argent , one of the most photographed beaches in the world, La Digue is also home to the extremely rare Black Paradise Flycatcher bird, with only 100 in existence.

Located in the heart of Praslin, this UNESCO World Heritage Site* is a natural palm forest preserved in its original state, and bears the largest and heaviest nut in the world – Coco de Mer - weighing up to 30kg and living close to 400 years. Amongst the rare and indigenous species in the Vallée de Mai are also five other species of palm trees and the black parrot, the world’s rarest bird, only to be found in the Seychelles.
