The Regional Hawker Showcase returns with one of Vietnam's most beloved comfort dishes, Cơm Tấm, or "broken rice", prepared by Chef Ngo Thi Kim Loan from Vietnam. Available exclusively from 24 to 30 August 2026, savour grilled lemongrass pork marinated for over 48 hours and served over fragrant broken rice, accompanied by stuffed bitter gourd soup and a vibrant dipping sauce. Discover the authentic flavours of this Vietnamese favourite as we conclude this year's Regional Hawker Showcase.
