REGIONAL HAWKER SHOWCASE
Discover the region’s vibrant street food culture through the Regional Hawker Showcase at Raffles Courtyard — a celebration of beloved specialties crafted by passionate hawkers, each bringing with them a story, a legacy, and a taste of home.
The series kicks off with Chef Nico Millanes from Bacolod, Philippines, who will be serving his rendition of Chicken Inasal, a beloved Bacolod and Ilo Ilo staple that has graced Filipino tables since the late 1900s.
