RUMARI COUNTER
Where every night tells a new story
Rumari introduces a new chapter in refined dining, a stage where culinary artistry meets personal connection. Distinct from Rumari’s Steps Dinner and à la carte, the Rumari Counter experience offers no predetermined menu. Instead, the team presents a daily surprise menu guided by the restaurant’s 80/20 philosophy, highlighting the finest seasonal ingredients complemented by hand-selected produce crafted especially for the Counter.
Seating is limited to just ten guests along the counter, fostering an atmosphere of intimacy. Each course is prepared and plated before the diners, creating a direct dialogue between guest, chef, and sommelier. This immersive interaction reveals the craftsmanship behind every dish, while pairing options further elevate the culinary narrative.
From Wednesday to Sunday, 6.00pm to 10.00pm at IDR 3,000,000++ per person.
