REGIONAL HAWKER SHOWCASE
Discover the region’s vibrant street food culture through the Regional Hawker Showcase at Raffles Courtyard — a celebration of beloved specialties crafted by passionate hawkers, each bringing with them a story, a legacy, and a taste of home.
The series kicks off with Chef Nico Millanes from Bacolod, Philippines, who will be serving his rendition of Chicken Inasal, a beloved Bacolod and Iloilo staple that has graced Filipino tables since the late 1900s.
GRILL NIGHT and WINE WEDNESDAY
GRILL NIGHT | Join us at Raffles Courtyard every Tuesday night from 5pm to 9pm for perfectly grilled seafood and barbecue favourites. From Tiger Prawns and Oysters Rockefeller to Otak-Otak and Satay, every bite is one to savour.
WINE WEDNESDAY | Mark the midweek with a well-deserved indulgence. Sip and enjoy $12++ selected wines by the glass, and for wine bottle orders, relish a complimentary bottle on us.
