Continuing the Rumari & Friends series, Rumari welcomes A, the Two Michelin Star restaurant from Taipei, for a two-night culinary collaboration on 21 and 22 August 2026.

Chef Gaetan Biesuz, Director of Culinary at Raffles Bali, welcomes Chef Alain Huang, founder and chef-owner of A. Guided by his philosophy of CONTINUMIC, Chef Alain's cuisine reflects the continuous evolution of flavour, craftsmanship and culture, shaped by French culinary foundations and Asian influences.

About Chef Alain Huang

Chef Alain Huang is the founder and chef-owner of A, the Two Michelin Star restaurant in Taipei. Since opening the restaurant in 2023, he has earned international recognition for his contemporary cuisine, shaped by French techniques, Asian influences and his philosophy of CONTINUMIC. His approach celebrates seasonality, craftsmanship and the stories behind every ingredient.
