At Chef Motsch’s side are a team of professionals. Artists in their own right, they convey your food on Guerídon trolleys and finish each dish at the tableside. Their mixology confrères create inspired gin cocktails, zero-alcohol mocktails and botanical drinks with inimitable flair.
