Raffles Jakarta is proud to introduce someone who has long been at the heart of our culinary story—Chef Muhammad Maliki—now taking on the role of Executive Chef. A cherished member of our family since the hotel’s opening in 2014, Chef Maliki’s journey is one of quiet leadership, refined skill, and a deep commitment to excellence. His presence in our kitchens has shaped countless memorable dining experiences—and now, we celebrate the next chapter.

From his early days at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta to his rise through the ranks at Raffles Jakarta, Chef Maliki has always brought care and intention to his craft. But beyond the kitchen, his passion extends to the nurturing world of plants—an interest that mirrors his culinary philosophy: thoughtful, grounded, and full of life. His connection to nature and creativity has become part of the quiet signature he brings to every dish and every team he leads.
