Beautiful hotel and spa. Excellent service. Wish I could have stayed longer.
Excellent in every way.
Very good and happy experience.
Everything is well organized and your staffs paid a lot of tiny details to make sure our stay with RH is the best. Indeed, it’s the best Hotel I ever stayed. Thank you so much!
A sanctuary in the middle of hustle and bustle
The Raffels is even more4 than the legend. Service is 10/10, rooms very cosy and stylish and cleaner than any room before. Breakfast is amazing and it's just so beautiful around the whole area.
Suites are very special
We arrived in the 5:30 AM range and found that we would have to pay an additional charge to use our room or we would have to wait until check in time and we’re chose to occupy our room immediately. We had no idea what the arrangements were for the following day and found out during lunch that a letter from Silver Sea had not been delivered to us which had created unneeded anxiety. The concierge was excellent and assisted us with arranging for a driver in the afternoon as well as dinner reservations. Our butler was supposed to guide us to the restaurant at 7:20 but never showed up and never apologized.
we arrived late (8-9pm) and did not feel as though the staff was interested in giving good service.
This was my second stay at the hotel. I must say I was disappointed. We found a general stuffiness pervaded the atmosphere. We were recognized by staff only twice out of multiple contacts. My girlfriend was challenged by a staff member upon returning after dinner. We received three contacts that were addressed to people other than me. One was a bill, one was an email, and one was a message slipped under the door. No doorman was around to open the door after we returned from dinner. Our butlers barged into the room uninvited every time they came to the door. It was impossible to visit the Long Bar without an hour’s notice to the butler. It was impossible to reach the front desk without going through the butler. All of this and more is what led to the feeling of stuffiness and unapproachability. Personally, my takeaway notion is that the hotel is resting on its laurels.
Everything we had hoped for
