What's On?
On Thursday 12 November 2026, Il Carpaccio, the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, opens its doors for an extraordinary anniversary evening. To celebrate sixty years of culinary excellence, family legacy and enduring friendship, Da Vittorio – 60 Years of Family & Friends brings together some of the most iconic figures in contemporary gastronomy around a single, memorable table.
For this unique occasion, Il Carpaccio Chefs Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero, alongside Pastry Chefs Yazid Ichemrahen & Alexandre Favre, welcome two distinguished guests of honour: Chicco Cerea , the emblematic figurehead of the Da Vittorio family and three-Michelin-starred Chef, and Yannick Alléno , the world’s most-starred chef. Three distinct sensibilities, one shared language – that of exceptional cooking, rooted in the finest produce and driven by a sincere love of the table and of togetherness.
Sixty years of Da Vittorio is not simply an anniversary. It is living proof that great cuisine is, above all, a deeply human story: a legacy passed down through generations, with generosity, and celebrated with those who truly matter.
Founded in 1966 in Brusaporto, Lombardy, Da Vittorio is far more than a restaurant: it is a family institution, three times awarded the Michelin star, where excellence never comes at the expense of hospitality. The true soul of the house, Chicco Cerea carries this legacy with pride and generosity. He has brought Da Vittorio's vision far beyond the hills of Bergamo – from Saint-Moritz to Dubai, from China to Paris, at the heart of Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, in close partnership with Il Carpaccio. It is in this spirit that both teams work side by side, united by a warm and contemporary vision of Italian cuisine – generous at heart, uncompromising on the plate, and always profoundly human.
As the guest of honour at this evening’s event, Yannick Alléno embodies better than anyone else the idea that haute cuisine is an ongoing dialogue between tradition and innovation. With 18 Michelin stars to his name across the globe, and now the world’s most highly-starred chef, he is also the pioneer of ‘modern sauce’, a discipline he has elevated to the status of an art form in its own right through his cuisine based on extracts. Yannick Alléno shares a sincere friendship and deep admiration for the Cerea family. His presence at this table is not merely that of a renowned chef: it is that of a friend, who has come to celebrate wholeheartedly what sixty years of passion have built.
At 7pm , a welcome reception will be served in the Art Gallery , where Champagne and canapés will set the tone for the evening ahead.
At 8:30pm , Il Carpaccio welcomes guests for a seated dinner orchestrated by the four Chefs, with wines elegantly paired by Head Sommelier Gabriele Del Carlo.
The celebration then continues at Le Bar Long for an after-party in the finest spirit of Italian conviviality – pizza, paccheri, music and laughter.
