For the first time, Alba invites guests into the heart of its culinary artistry. The Chef's Table is a private journey, with every course crafted before you using the finest seasonal ingredients and rare treasures of northern Italy. Guided personally by Chef Serraino, the evening becomes a dialogue between flavour and creativity, reserved for those who wish to discover Alba at its most authentic and elevated.
