Rumari
Suspended between sun and sea
Rumari is set between sun and sea at the highest point of our beautiful resort. Here culinary maestro Gaetan Biesuz creates authentic bold flavours, presenting progressive Indonesian cuisine in an organic, contemporary way. His 80/20 philosophy means that 80% of produce is sourced from the archipelago, while 20% is imported out of necessity. Our wine collection features over 250 labels, paying homage to the classics as well as selections from independent winemakers around the globe.
An intimate chef’s table experience
The Rumari Counter offers an intimate dining experience for up to ten guests, where no menu is ever the same. Each evening, the chefs curate a surprise sequence of dishes inspired by the freshest seasonal produce, guided by Rumari’s 80/20 philosophy and enhanced with specially selected ingredients. Prepared and plated before your eyes, each creation invites direct interaction with the chefs and sommelier, shaping an elegant, personal, and memorable culinary journey.
From Wednesday to Sunday, 6.00pm to 10.00pm. At IDR 3,000,000++ per person, with optional beverage pairing available.
Rumari Counter welcomes guests aged 12 years and above.
A thoughtful and award-winning curation
In 2022 Rumari became a Krug Ambassade, one of only a handful around the world and the first and only ambassador in Indonesia to represent the savoir-faire and passionate spirit of the House of Krug. We also proudly earned Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for our thoughtfully curated wine collection, offering both quality and diversity in our selection of wines from around the world.
